US Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders will be processed and shipped out within two business days with USPS ground shipping for a 3-5 day arrival.
Returns & Exchanges
Any returns must be addressed within 7 days of the original purchase date. Returns are issued in gift cards for store credit. Gift cards do not expire and may be used on our website or in-store. There is a $5 re-stocking fee for every pair of eyewear returned which will be deducted from the total refund amount. All item(s) must be in the original packaging and in new condition.
Online Returns:
For returns online, contact us at mmrylk@memorylook.com. Please include the order number and the reason for the return. Our team will evaluate the issue and send you a return label. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the $10 return shipping fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount. Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.
In-store Returns:
For returns in-store, you must bring the receipt for proof of purchase. Our team will evaluate the issue and initiate the return process. Return funds are issued in the form of a physical gift card. To make a return online for an in-store purchase, please refer to the ‘Online Returns’ section above.
Damage & Issue
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
