Shipping & Return
US Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders will be processed and shipped out within two business days with USPS ground shipping for a 3-5 day arrival.
Return
At this time, we only accept returns in person in store and must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date. For online purchase returns, you can start the process by contacting us via email. For in person purchase returns, you must bring proof of purchase. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and in new condition. We cannot process a return or exchange for used or damaged items. All other sales are final.
Damage & Issue
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and send you a return label. Once we receive the product, we will ship out the replacement.
